What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient practice that allows the practitioner to begin a path of introspection into their life, health, and peace of mind. The conceptual part of the study is built on understanding the interconnectedness of all things. The physical part (what happens in classes) takes the body through various shapes and movements to all the joints, muscles groups, ligaments, bones, brain and breath to inspire the body to seek its own harmonious balance and quiet state.
